You know what grinds my gears?

People who email into companies, unsure on who is going to read and reply to their email and they write 'Dear Sir'.
How inconsiderate is that?!

What if a female should read and reply to your email?

I don't think they would like it if I replied and wrote 'Dear inconsiderate sexist customer'.

Even just in general people's comments when writing to companies. How do people sit there, type our this horrible emailed letter and then most likely proof read it, still thinking they're well within their rights to completely abuse someone just because they don't know who is going to read their query.

Manners have been lost over the past 10+ years. Either that, or I've just been made aware of the lack of them.

Be nice to other people until they're rude to you - Then be extra nice. :)
